The product

Three moments
of the night

01 / 03 — REGISTRATION

Open the lobby. Slots fill themselves.

Teams claim, confirm and waitlist — a no-show frees the seat for the next in line.

02 / 03 — TOURNAMENT

Results in. Points table updates.

Enter the score on the web; the table, your public site and the overlay follow.

03 / 03 — STUDIO

Put the night on stream.

Point OBS at the standings and lower thirds, and cut live from the Studio playout desk.

Three steps

Add. Run. Share.

Sign in, connect your Discord server if you use one, create a tournament or scrim, then share it on your public site, on stream through Studio overlays and through the API — no spreadsheet chase at 1 a.m.

  1. Connect and create

Sign in with Discord and connect your server — or skip it and run on the web. Create a tournament or a scrim and open registration.

  2. Run your night

Slots fill, room IDs go out, results come in and the points table moves. Flows send the reminders so a mod does not have to.

  3. Share the results

Your public site for the WhatsApp forward, Studio overlays for the stream, the API for your own tools. Same night, same numbers.

Straight answers

Before you ask

Tournabot is an esports operations platform for Indian organisers — events, a public site, a live production studio, flows and an API, with Discord as an option: free to start, paid from ₹99 per 28 days, works for BGMI-style slot lists and bracket titles, keeps player data in your org, and never handles entry fees or prize money.

Q.01What does it cost?

Free forever for one lobby-sized event, run on the web — on Free, Discord carries announcements only. Paid plans start at ₹99 per 28 days for Discord channel operations, your own bot and bigger events. Priced in rupees for Indian organisers and their IST nights; full ladder on the pricing page. Entry fees and prize pools stay with you — we never take a cut.

Q.02Do I need to pay to try?

No. Connecting your server starts a Pro trial with no card, and Free stays after it: events, slots and your public site. Upgrade when you need Discord channel operations, more teams, overlays, or your own Discord application.

Q.03Does it work for my game?

Built around BGMI-style slot lists, room IDs and points tables. Brackets and standings cover head-to-head titles too. The night follows your format — not a single-game lock-in.

Q.04What happens to my data?

It stays with your organisation, and you export when you need to. Every slot claim, result and staff action is on the record, so a dispute is settled from the log, not a chat scroll. You run the server — roles and channels stay with your mods. We do not sell player lists, and we do not hold your players' entry fees or prize money.

Q.05Can my mods use it?

Yes. Staff seats on every plan. Mods open lobbies, enter results and run the stream with the roles you already trust — no one needs the owner account for a normal night.

Q.06I already run nights in spreadsheets. Why move?

Because the spreadsheet does not open the lobby, reclaim a no-show, or put the points table on stream. Tournabot is in early access while we finish incorporation and billing — sign up to be first in when paid plans open. Questions? Contact us.

Ready forSunday night?

Tournabot never touches participant money. Entry fees and prize pools stay between you and your players — plans price the software only.
